1. Information we collect

This notice applies to the niubigeo.ai website, online tools, services delivered by people and related APIs. We collect the following information when you use our services or contact us:

• Contact and transaction information: The email address, contact details and service account information you provide, together with orders, payment confirmations, top-ups and credit records.
• Service content: Questions, domains, brand information, testing requirements and drafts you enter, together with responses, reports, screenshots and delivery records generated through the service.
• Usage and device information: Records of page visits, clicks, typing, form submissions and API calls, as well as IP addresses, browsers, devices, languages, access times and referral information.
• Input and connection information: Content you enter, including OpenRouter keys, NiubiGEO service keys, passwords and other credentials, as well as content you have not submitted, is recorded in its original form to investigate issues and support your continued use of the service. These review records are used only for this site, are not shared with other sites or third parties, and are deleted within 24 hours of being recorded.

2. How we use information

We use this information to provide model analysis and services delivered by people, manage accounts and orders, handle top-ups, delivery and refunds, answer your enquiries, and investigate usage problems, unusual activity and transaction disputes.

We also analyze service usage to improve pages and features, maintain service security and meet applicable legal obligations. We will explain any material change to the purposes of processing and obtain your consent where required by law.

3. How information is shared

Model and service providers. When you initiate a model call, the relevant questions, brand context and information needed for the call are sent to OpenRouter and your chosen model provider. Materials needed for human testing, articles and video services are shared with the people performing the work and the relevant platforms within the confirmed scope.

These services may be processed by overseas providers and are subject to their respective information protection policies. You can review the OpenRouter Privacy Policy and the relevant platform policies. Where separate notice or consent is required by law, we will address it separately.

Access to and publication of content. Anyone with a link to an individual question result can view that result. Projects in the online workbench are shared among visitors, and other visitors can view and modify their contents. Human service orders are accessed through the corresponding service account. Articles and videos are published publicly within the scope you confirm.

Legal requirements. We may provide relevant information to the extent necessary to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from competent authorities or address disputes over rights. When you choose to visit other websites, their own policies explain how they handle information.

4. Browser storage and preferences

We use browser storage to recognize visits and sessions, remember your page preferences, and support resuming actions and retrying orders. You can clear this information in your browser settings. Some settings or pending actions may then need to be entered again.

Clearing browser data or disconnecting does not change the deletion of review records within 24 hours. You need to reconnect your model key after refreshing or reopening the page.

5. Retention and protection of information

Input and connection information and the associated review records are deleted within 24 hours of being recorded. Business records, including accounts, orders, credits and delivered results, are retained for service delivery, access to results, reconciliation and legally required retention. You may request deletion of relevant business records; after verification, we will handle your request in line with applicable requirements.

We restrict access to account, order and activity records to people providing services and investigating issues. Please keep your account credentials and result links secure. If you notice unusual access or other security concerns, contact us promptly. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will take appropriate measures and fulfill notification obligations under applicable law.

6. Your choices and rights

You may contact us to request access to, copies of, correction of or deletion of relevant information, revoke a service key, or make other requests available under applicable law. Where processing is based on your consent, you may request to withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing already carried out, and some services may no longer be available as a result.

Please provide a verifiable account, order or result identifier so we can identify the information concerned. You do not need to send complete keys or passwords by email. We will explain the reasons and how we will handle transaction records that must be retained, unfinished services or other information that cannot yet be deleted under applicable law.

7. Updates and contact

We will update this notice as our services change and show the version and date on this page. We will notify you through the website or available contact details of material changes to what we collect, how we use it or how we share it, and obtain your consent where required by law.
