1. Using the service
These terms apply to the online tools, human testing, content writing and publication, service accounts and related APIs offered on niubigeo.ai. By using a feature, requesting a credit top-up or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop the relevant activity. Where separate consent is required by law, we will seek it separately.
If you use the service on behalf of a team or organization, please ensure that you are authorized to do so. The service plan, deliverables and fees are governed by the order or written agreement confirmed between you and us.
2. Services and delivery
Online tools. You can use your own OpenRouter key to ask questions, check domains and compare model responses. Model usage is billed to your OpenRouter account, separately from NiubiGEO service credits.
Human testing. Each question asked by one tester on one AI platform costs CNY 5. You can specify the questions, platforms, number of testers, locations, devices, login status, browsing mode and timing. We follow the confirmed requirements and deliver complete responses, screenshots and test records. Any incomplete tests or deviations from the agreed conditions are identified separately.
Articles and videos. One article costs CNY 350, including CNY 300 for writing and CNY 50 for manual publication. The 30-article package costs CNY 8,888. The package of 90 articles and 5 YouTube videos featuring real people costs CNY 28,888. Packages include the manual article publication fee. KOL partnerships are quoted separately.
Articles are published on DR 40+ websites confirmed in advance. Article length, language, publication channels and timing, as well as video length, format and publishing channel, are confirmed before work begins. Any additional charges require your agreement.
After an order is placed, we confirm the execution arrangements. Changes to the scope, additional questions or extra publication requests may affect fees and delivery times. We proceed after both parties confirm the changes.
3. Credits and payment
Credits may only be used on niubigeo.ai. They may not be transferred, given away, traded, withdrawn as cash or exchanged for RMB or other fiat currencies. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
- Credit value: One credit provides CNY 1 of service value on this site. The minimum top-up is 50 credits. Credits do not earn interest, carry no promise of appreciation and currently have no automatic expiry date.
- How to purchase: Our team currently assists with confirming services, payments and credit top-ups. Online payment is not available. Submitting a top-up request does not confirm receipt of payment; the balance is credited after the actual payment is verified.
- When credits are deducted: The corresponding credits are deducted when you place an order. Browsing pages, asking about services and calculating prices incur no charge.
- Account records: You can view your balance, orders and credit history through your service account or the API. If you notice a discrepancy, please contact us to investigate.
For purchases and credit top-ups, contact [email protected]. Before payment, we confirm the service scope, total fees and payment details. Price changes apply to new orders placed after the change and do not alter previously confirmed orders.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel an order before work begins, and any deducted credits are returned to the original account. To change or cancel an order already in progress, please contact us. We will address the request based on the work completed, actual expenses and the agreement between both parties.
If tests or deliverables are not completed as agreed, we will confirm with you whether to complete the outstanding work, return the corresponding credits or provide a refund as required by law. Credits cannot be freely withdrawn or exchanged, but your statutory rights, including rights to the return of advance payments and refunds, remain unaffected.
When requesting a review or refund, please provide the order or top-up reference, payment records and an explanation of the issue. After verification, we will confirm the amount and method of resolution. We will explain if a refund cannot yet be provided under applicable law or if additional documents are needed.
5. Accounts and rules of use
Please provide accurate contact details and service materials, and keep your service and model keys secure. If you discover unauthorized account use, unexpected charges or exposed credentials, promptly contact the relevant service provider.
You must not use the service for unlawful activities, submit unauthorized personal information or infringing materials, misuse accounts, falsify payment or delivery records, or disrupt this website or third-party services. These rules also apply to use through the API.
For misuse or conduct that threatens service security, we may take necessary measures such as restricting access or suspending work. We will explain the reasons where feasible and permitted by law. Suspension does not change existing obligations concerning settlement, delivery or legally required refunds.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain the rights you legally hold in the product information, brand assets and other content you provide. You authorize us to process, share and publish those materials to the extent needed to provide the confirmed services. Without separate authorization, we will not use unpublished materials in promotional case studies.
The permitted uses and related rights for commissioned articles, videos and other deliverables are governed by the order agreement. Third-party platforms, materials and model outputs may be subject to their own licenses and usage rules.
Use, modification and distribution of NiubiGEO Community Edition are governed by the Apache-2.0 open-source license. These terms add no restrictions to that software license. Users are responsible for the model and server costs of self-hosting.
7. Service results and liability
AI responses may contain errors and may change with the model, time and conditions of use. API responses may differ from responses on the same platform’s website or app. Please verify important information independently. Human test results reflect only the actual conditions documented in the records.
We perform the agreed testing, writing and publication without guaranteeing any particular search ranking, indexing, traffic, video views or AI recommendations. DR is a third-party score of a website’s link profile; it does not guarantee article quality or rankings.
Model services and publishing platforms are operated by third parties. Changes to their rules or interruptions to their services may affect execution. If delivery is affected, we will explain the impact and agree on the next steps with you. Each party is responsible in accordance with its own fault, the order agreement and applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Updates to the terms and contact
We may update these terms as our services change and will show the version and date on this page. We will notify you of material changes to fees, purchased entitlements or key responsibilities through the website or available contact details. Confirmed orders remain subject to the original agreement unless the parties agree otherwise or the law requires otherwise.
For information on how personal information is handled, see our Privacy Notice. If a dispute arises from using the service, you may first seek to resolve it with us. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be referred to a competent body in accordance with applicable law.
