Do paid and complimentary reports have the same scope?
A standard diagnosis costs CNY 99 per report and covers one brand and 1–3 questions, with original API answers, source review and recommendations. Verified NiubiStar customers receive one report with the same scope at no charge. Human web or app testing is arranged separately.
Which NiubiStar orders qualify for a diagnosis?
Paid, sending, in-progress and completed NiubiStar orders qualify. Pending-payment, failed or cancelled orders do not. Launch packages and older orders follow the same rule. We review the customer record using your email and repository. Each eligible customer may claim once.
Does a free diagnosis qualify for the NiubiStar partner benefit?
This partner benefit is exclusively for NiubiGEO customers whose paid GEO report or service is completed. Free diagnoses, bring-your-own-key testing and open-source deployment are not completed paid services. For unpaid or in-progress NiubiGEO services, apply after payment and completion.
Does the free report include testing web or app interfaces?
Your report includes model API tests, NiubiGEO's human review of information, and recommendations. Human testing of web or app interfaces in specific regions, accounts or devices is arranged separately, with scope and fees agreed first. Reply to your report email to request it.
When will I receive my report?
After your order is verified and your project and questions are submitted, NiubiGEO emails your report within one working day. Manual review requests are reviewed and contacted within one working day. Working days are Monday–Friday. Previously confirmed free diagnosis requests will still be honored.
Will my order or report be made public?
No. Purchase details are used to verify your benefit, and contact emails are used for review and delivery. Emails are excluded from model questions. Customer contact details and full reports stay private. Website examples use de-identified summaries; identifiable cases require separate permission.
